New login page fix

Sorry that I've not been active very much, life has taken a front seat to coding. New job, 4 year old and a 1 year old, some racing...

The sole purpose of this app is to create money out of thin air for you, for free.  Judging by the barrage of communication after this latest page change, it seems to be doing just that for a lot of people. I'll just take this opportunity to do the obligatory "My kid is waiting patiently for me to read her stories before bed and I'm here updating this app for you guys so please don't forget that I have a bunch of donate options on my blog in case you're feeling  generous" post. If direct donation isn't in the cards, please use this link to go to Amazon and buy yourself something nice (I get a small kickback from any purchases you make within that browse session).

Anyway, I think I've got the new login page worked out. Somebody give it a try and let me know.

    First off, thanks for the amazing application! Secondly, do you know of a work-around for the phone number verification? I've read that any more than 5 accounts linked to one number is no bueno. Thanks for all your hard work!

    Anyone else having issues with daily deals? None of my accounts are getting them, but everything else is fine. I double checked settings and even deleted and redownloaded program and still doing it.

    Looks like they changed something again. It logs in and goes to profile but BingR acts like the login failed.

    same here. Looks like they are changing the login.live.com page up. Also my daily searches are not working.
